Sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, spanakopita, veggie samosas, quiches, tarts (savory and sweet), and the best brownies reported in the press in the Lower Mainland. Our delicious pies include lasagna, shepherds, Jamaican, chicken potpie and the famous chicken tarragon. |

Wholesome soups made fresh from scratch by Helen. Featured flavors include roasted butternut squash, Thai sweet potatoes, broccoli tarragon, split pea & ham, roasted red pepper & tomato, and many more, changing seasonally. |
Sandwiches made fresh to order on our in house baked breads, 9-grain, French white or baguette. Fillings include roast beef, ham, turkey, veggie, BLT’s and seasonal specials. Our popular breakfast sandwiches are on sliced toasted bread or toasted bagels. |
